Art for me, is a form of escape into some other world, some daydream world. New terrain. Many of my works are based on landscape and the unfurling organic world around us. Many of them are based on subconscious drawings that I made. Art is obsession; with what can be found or made new, with the edge and what might lie beyond. Art is about the what if, the potential to reach further than before.
